Today we will discuss weekend workout motivation for busy people.
Like many of you, I am also super busy throughout the week.
I usually workout for at least 5 days a week but there are times when I am either stuck in office
work and could not make it to the gym.Then weekend arrives and all of us feel that we will get rid of tiredness of the week during the weekend.

But for some weekend are the days when they think that they will be able to workout two days in a
row and still would have enough time to relax. There are some people who think that going to

Most of us would plan the weekend on Friday and make sure that we burst out the week’s work
pressure either through a party or meting friends and then we tend to indulge in unhealthy eating
and drinking.But key is to stay disciplined and not letting your goal slipping away easily and that

weekend and also keep a check on your diet.
We all have made mistakes in past and often tend to enjoy weekend through unhealthy eating and
loading our body with unwanted carbs.People who often skip the workout during weekdays can

Don’t think that working out on weekends would waste your time rather think how much goodness your weekend workout gives you.It is just that we have to get into the routine of working out on weekends and slowly this will become a good habit.
We could push ourselves for a weekend workout by thinking about sipping in that extra booze and
eating those dinners with friends and taking our metabolism for a toss. It would be good to burn

If you are not working out on a weekend then surely there would be a great risk of losing the
workout on Monday and you would end up loosing your workout 3 days in a row.
We should always learn from our role models to increase our workout inspiration. We should think of
the fittest people that we idolize and also about their mindsets which keep them motivated for the
workout in its a weekend or weekdays, they are willing to do whatever it takes and we also need to
be the same.
So, we will not confuse the weekends with our workout efforts and we will keep it going.
Below if the circuit that I followed past weekend, to sum up, all muscle groups with a 1-hour workout session.
Make sure you do at least 5 circuits of below workout and do a 20 minutes cardio after the strength training.
Lat Pull Down: 12-15 Reps
Shoulder Side Lateral Raise: 12-15 Reps
Biceps Barbell Curl: 12-15 Reps
Close-Grip Front Lat Pulldown: 12-15 Reps
Push Ups: 12-15 Reps
Free Squat: 12-15 Reps
Bench Dip Triceps: 12-15 Reps
Cardio: 20 minutes
