Someone who has a more tiring job than yours is making time for a workout. Keep these things in mind and push yourself everyday to workout.I did leg today. I had only 45 minutes to workout ( be busy but fit ). I woke up early but because of some office work.

Keep these things in mind and push yourself everyday to workout.I did leg today. I had only 45 minutes to workout ( be busy but fit ). I woke up early but because of some office work, I was late to come to the gym.

I had my pre-workout ( did I tell you I started taking pre workout ).

Had a walk to the gym which is close to 2 km to complete my warm up, brisk walking is always a good option for warm up.

I am aware that I would spend around 3 hours in traveling 5 days a week and walking for 4 km every day would be very good for my health. Walking to the gym would act as a warm up and walk from gym to home would act a post workout cardio ( win-win situation ).

I followed below workout plan:
LEGS –
Free squats
Sumo Squats
Leg Extensions
Leg Press
Leg Curls
Calves

SHOULDERS –
Shoulder press
Side lateral raise
Front lateral raise
Traps
Bent Over Side Lateral Raise

You would have to do at least 4 sets of each exercise with a minimum of 12 reps. Choose your weights according to you. ( No competition in lifting heavy or light ).

There are few people who tend to lift heavy weight whenever they see other people lifting heavy weight. It is always not good to experiment especially with heavy weights.

Sometimes there can be an injury and you can tend to miss the gym session for quite long time.

We should not always find an excuse to not workout and blame our work for it.

There are challenges and will always be but we cannot just step down in front of them.It’s our body and it is our health and only we can good care of it.

It’s our body and it is our health and only we can good care of it. You can either sleep for that one extra hour or you can wake up early and save few extra minutes in 24 hours and invest those in a workout.
