I was introduced to this blog site by a very close pal of mine and so I decide to share my fitness journey today.
I have been a fitness enthusiastic all my life but due to sedentary lifestyle of IT culture, had grown a lot of fat and disproportioned body.
Couple of months back finally I decided to take control of my life and get back to shape.I was initially 103 kg with bf% of 44 and took me around 6 months to get to 79
with a bf of 10%. I have become more energetic , positive and super-active in all the spheres of life.
The journey still continues and I am ready to take the bull by the horn ,eventually dropping my fat percentage to around 6.
It is also very important to stick to a solid diet regime along with your work out as I staunchly belive that 90% is the nutrition that plays the part and 10% is
workout that boosts partitioning your body system.
My idealogy and for working out is that I should not only look good but also feel good. In short, wearing a tshirt of 30 bucks should also give you the same pleasure
as wearing a 300 bucks one.
Last but not the least , supplements play a very little role in building your dream body and induction to steroids is a big NO. The key is to stick on to a solid diet
,work out hard and stay positive.
