His job is more tough than our job. Next time you try to make your job as an excuse for not working out. Think of Shahid and push yourself to take out time to workout. Some times he has to do around 15 hours shift but that does not stop him to hit the gym. He is not setting a goal to become a professional body builder or a trainer but his goal is to improve his physique everyday. Sometimes he has to workout early morning and sometimes after his shift but does he does not compromise on his exercise regime.
