Biggest question for every busy person is “How To Plan Your Busy Day To Find Time For Workout”
There are times when you have the answers to all the questions that you have but sometimes finding the solution to not so big problems is the toughest thing to sort out like “How To Plan Your Busy Day To Find Time For Workout”
But there are times when you are just wandering around and get the most needed hack at the right time.
It is very easy to neglect your workout and all the necessary changes that are required to maintain your good health.
And it is very difficult to implement and even more difficult to sustain to the workout in your busy day.
I have been fortunate enough to adjust my schedule accordingly to make time for workout.
One of the most common phrase I hear from my friends who are working in IT firms.
They have to blow away at-least 3 hours of their day traveling to office and back home
- “I REALLY WANT TO WORKOUT BUT I DON’T HAVE TIME BU T I REALLY WANT MY TUMMY TO GET IN”
In other words, they want to say that they have time to go to office, to eat food, to sleep, to party,to watch movies,to hangout with friends, etc but they cannot find time to workout.
Here is my take on that thought:
- You are your own decision maker and know what is good for you now and in the long run.
- Moreover, going to office,eating food,sleeping,partying,watching movies are for entertainment but taking care of your body and health should be on top priority.
If you are one of those who are struggling with this question as to “How To Plan Your Busy Day To Find Time For Workout” and has still not able to come up with the solution,then follow below points.
- MAKE A PLAN
It is always great to make a plan and focus on the things that you value.Reaching office on time is remarkably a good habit .
Make a list of all the things that you have to complete in a given day and try to incorporate time for workout.
I am sure writing a plan with the time allotments gives you a more clear picture of the day ahead.
just like the TIME TABLE thing we had in our school days ( is it only me, or you also miss your school days).
2. USE YOUR HEADPHONES
If you are bound to be on phone a lot or cannot live without talking to your friends then use your headphones quite often.
If you gotta call during office hours, just use your headphones and go for a walk till the time you are on a call.
This way you can use that long call for a brisk walk without loosing any concentration due to phone.
3.DON’T ALWAYS CRAVE FOR MORE
Accepted and agreed that it is always good to at-least invest an hour in the gym or in the home for workout.
But it does not mean that you will always crave for that one hour and not workout if you only have 30 minutes.
By adopting this mindset you will be more regular for workout rather than just missing it for the sake of doing it for one hour.
4.FIND WAYS TO WORKOUT WHILE TRAVELING
Vacation time is the best time to rejuvenate yourself. Everyone of us is always making plans for the vacation and all the things that we will do on the vacation.
But there are very few of us who actually think about the workout on a vacation.
Install an app ( out of many apps that are available online ) in your phone and make yourself ready for body weight workouts.
5. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ON IDIOT BOX
So you just downloaded your favourite show or you just came back from office and switched on the Television.
Calculate the total time you spent on watching TV , I am sure it is more than the time you spent talking to your family members.
Why do you want to see every reality show and what is there for you in it when someone else is winning it and taking the prize money home.
He/she has done good for themselves but you are still stuck with the same question “How To Plan Your Busy Day To Find Time For Workout”
Get over that TV and keep that time for workout.
6. GET A POSTER, PASTE THAT ON YOUR WALL
It is a good idea that one of my friend told me. He bought a motivational poster and hung that in his bedroom to constantly get motivation to workout.
It has helped him on majority of days and he has made up to gym at-least 4 times a week.
