Omelette, Easy To Prepare High Protein Diet For Busy People.
I am not a chef or a dietician but I make a consistent effort to be busy but fit. I can about the diet, meals, workouts which can make be useful and easy to implement without investing much time.

High Protein meals which can make be prepared quickly and is easy to implement without investing much time is very helpful for all the busy people.
This is an introduction to high protein Omelette in which we can add Lentils/Pulses or Daal.
Pulses are highly enriched in proteins.
You can soak all the pulses in cooker. Add some water and pinch of salt.
Cook the daal for 30 minutes. You can also add different varieties of daal.
Pulses are high in protein but they are also high in carbs and has to be dipped in water for about 8-10 hours and then needs to be cooked in cooker for around 30 minutes ( its your choice to add pulses, you can avoid to add pulses if you don’t like them ).

Ingredients :-
1)4 whole eggs
2)50g Green Gram (Moong Dal)
3)50g Moth Bean (Matki Dal)
4)50g Bengal Gram (Chana Dal)
5)1 Tbsp Ghee
6)1 Tbsp Cumin (Jeera)
7)1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
8)1/2 Tsp Turmeric
9)1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
10)Salt to taste
11) 1 Onion
Recipe :-
Break 4 eggs and add Indian masalas ( Red chilli powder , Garam Masala and salt ).
Whisk the mixture and make sure that you are making bubbles because the more bubblier the omelette the more tasty it is.
Add Desi Ghee/Olive oil. Add chopped onion and let the ghee heat.
After ghee is heated, add your daals and then add the egg mixture.
Let the mixture cook and your omelette is ready.
It is a very quick and Easy To Prepare High Protein Diet For Busy People ( if you have not prepared pulses , preparing pulses takes time ).
4 eggs Omelette would give you more than 50g of protein and if you will add pulses then you will intake more than 80g of carbs. and if you will not add pulses then you will intake less than 25g of carbs and a total 37g of Fat.

Omelette is one of the common breakfast in India and it comes with high amount of protein and less carbs.
